Ingredients:
Vigo Red Beans and Rice (found on the rice aisle)
Turkey Sausage
Directions:
Cook red beans and rice according to package. Meanwhile cook sausage according to package. When sausage is finished cooking, cut and dd to red beans and rice. Let simmer and serve with French bread!

Um, so...you have a TON of great turkey recipes! Maybe you could post a recap with a highlights and some tips on working with turkey, buying turkey, and why you use it so much!?!? I'm so excited to have found these recipes. The won-ton one looks soooo good!
