This is a recipe that I made up and called Mexican chili. I have no idea what is in the "real" Mexican chili. But this was SOOOOO yummy and healthy.
Ingredients
Ground Turkey (I always use the 97% fat free.)
1 jar of salsa (I prefer homemade, but I used a jar this time.)
Corn (I cooked a tot sized cobb and cut the kernels off.)
Diced onions
Taco Seasoning
Shredded Cheese (I use 1/4 cup per bowl.)
Sour Cream (I only use 2 tbsp for health reasons.)
Directions
1. Cook ground turkey and diced onions in pan and add taco seasoning according to package directions.
2. When ground turkey is cooked, place in bowl and top with half a jar of salsa. Stir.
3. Top with corn, cheese, and sour cream.
